1. Refunds for Services

    • A complimentary redo of the service.
    • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Non-Refundable Services:
    Refunds are not provided for services if:
    • The dissatisfaction is due to personal preference after the service is completed.
    • The service was completed as per the agreed terms but did not meet subjective expectations.

2. Refunds for Products

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Non-Refundable Products:
    The following products are not eligible for refunds:
    • Opened or used products.
    • Skincare, haircare, or makeup items due to hygiene reasons (unless defective).
    • Items sold during promotional sales or as part of a clearance sale.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:

    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., cash or mobile wallet). Refund processing may take 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellations

  • Appointment Cancellations:
    • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
    • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
  • Product Order Cancellations:
    Orders can be canceled before pickup or delivery. Once a product has been picked up or delivered, it falls under the product return policy.
